Time attributes are removed from related tables when repeats in ArcGIS Survey123 are not viewed when editing from the inbox in the ArcGIS Survey123 mobile app.

Workaround

1. When editing in the inbox, tab through to view the repeats.
2. Remove 'query allowUpdates=true' from the bind::esri:parameters column for the repeat. The repeats are now uneditable.
3. Utilize a dateTime question. This requires a new field to be added to the hosted feature layer and the survey to be republished.
