Bug
TIFs projected (or created in with EPSG: 28600 Qatar National Grid) in ArcGIS Desktop 10.4 or 10.4.1 will have the datum name 'Qatar'; while in version 10.5, it would be 'D_Qatar'. When the datum name is 'Qatar', some software like Erdas would return an error about the datum name.
