Workaround

1. For individual bands set the NoData value to 0 using Raster Calculator (ArcToolbox> Spatial Analyst > Map algebra> Raster Calculator). Use the expression below,Con(IsNull("wv2_ps_3805.tif - Band_1"),0,"wv2_ps_3805.tif - Band_1")2. Once this is done for all the bands, use Composite Band to combine them together. (Arc Toolbox > Data Management Tools > Raster > Raster Processing > Composite Bands)3. The output raster will be 32-bit. Use the Copy Raster tool (ArcToolbox > Data Management Tools > Raster > Raster dataset> Copy Raster) to save the raster as 8Bit_Unsigned raster.
