Through Collector Classic for ArcGIS 19.0.2 (iOS), ArcGIS Survey123 URL scheme values do not pass to select_one or select_multiple questions if the name and label of the choice in a Choice list do not match.

Additional Information
Collector Classic for ArcGIS (Android, iOS) has been retired and is no longer being updated. Esri recommends the ArcGIS Field Maps app as an alternative to Collector Classic as it combines the functionality of Classic Collector, Explorer, and Tracker. Note this issue does not apply to ArcGIS Collector.Workaround
The Choice name and label must match. Open the link in an ArcGIS Online web map from other apps like Collector for ArcGIS.
