Bug
This particular ArcGIS Server map service causes problems if it is draged into a basemap layer (or anything that uses/consumes MapX). It only happens when the service is added into ArcMap by opening a Web map. It is not an issue if the service is added into ArcMap without a Web map or after opening a Web map
