laptop and a wrench

Bug

This issue does not occur in ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript 4.25 and earlier. However, after upgrading to version 4.27, users must manually define configure() to enforceState() in RenderingContext.js. Without this modification, existing applications built with previous versions are not functioning properly (failing to load). Users should not be required to modify the library and should be able to rely on default settings and configurations.
