This is a user-specific issue. When expanding embedded 360-degree images to full screen within an ArcGIS StoryMaps launched from a story collection, some images fail to open in full screen and return to the original size.

The team investigated this issue and is unable to find anything on the ArcGIS StoryMaps side that is a possible cause. Because there are other embeds from the same provider that work in the same configuration (embedded in a story that is added to a collection), the team closes this issue since it appears to be an issue with one particular piece of a third-party content.Workaround
Use the Safari browser.
