There is no way to close the Help dialog box once it is launched in a Crowdsource Reporter application embedded in the Story Map Journal or Story Map Series app on a mobile device.

Additional Information

This is not actually an issue. The color of the X and the header color of the Help screen are configured to be the same shade of white in this app. To close the Help screen, click the X.

Workaround

1. Disable the setting to Show help on load in Crowdsource Reporter.2. Click Back in the browser to exit the Help dialog box.
