Workaround

The tools are located in the modelbuilder window under the Insert > Model Tool menu drop down. There is no Modelbuilder toolbox.-In the Model Builder window click Insert > Model Only Tools and choose the tool you want to add. -Alternatively, right-click anywhere in the model and click Model Only Tools, then choose the tool you want to add.
