Additional Information

ArcGIS Hub is designed to create human-readable dataset URLs using the layer name. Changing the layer name results in a different human-readable URL, and there is no method to specify a different or unchanging string in the URL. The request to provide a link to the Id_LayerNumber-based URL is being considered.
