Map Viewer uses a newer text editor than Map Viewer Classic for writing pop-up text elements, and the Map Viewer's text editor utilizes the newest HTML version. This results in different tag conversion practices and the described behaviour is a known limitation.Workaround
Specify the text using the "<p>" and "<br>" tags as needed through the source view (HTML view) within the Map Viewer text editor.
