The memory growth occurs because of the cell tessellation that is generated due to the very low first grid size of 1 on the xxcts_om_site_loc_geom feature class. After recalculating the spatial index in ArcGIS, the first grid size gets calculated to about 153189. With the new grid size set, the memory does not grow out of control and the query completes successfully.Steps to Reproduce
