There is a memory leak when viewing unmanaged raster catalog with JPGs in ArcMap.

This is fixed in future releases and already tested and confirmed in ArcGIS for Desktop 10.4.Workaround
Use a computer with RAM higher than the minimum system requirement of 2GB RAM to avoid a crash. The issue stills occurs when pyramids and spatial reference are defined for rasters, but the computer is not crashing. However, mosaic datasets are not useable due to this set up.Steps to Reproduce
