There are empty output and lack of output display when converting multipatch features to KMZ in ArcGIS Pro 2.7.2, 2.8, 2.8.1, and 2.8.3.

Workaround
- If there are very few features, use the Multipatch To Collada tool.
- Extrude the footprints of the multipatch and export to a Keyhole Markup Language (KML) file.
