The 'Keep track of created and updated features' option on a hosted feature layer is disabled after the associated hosted tile layer is deleted.

The development team has considered the issue or request and concluded it will not be addressed in the current release cycle. If this is still a concern, contact Esri Support Services.

Workaround

  1. Delete the map tile service.
  2. Enable the Sync option on the hosted feature layer, then click Save.
  3. Refresh the web page.

The 'Keep track of created and updated features' option is no longer disabled.
