Bug
The Zonal Statistics as Table tool fails and returns the following error message, "ERROR 999999: Something unexpected caused the tool to fail. Contact Esri Technical Support (http://esriurl.com/support) to Report a Bug, and refer to the error help for potential solutions or workarounds." when the Statistics Type parameter is set to 'Majority percentage', 'Minority percentage', 'Majority value, count, and percentage', and 'Minority value, count, and percentage', and the Output Table parameter is set to an enterprise geodatabase.

This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.4.Workaround
- Set the Output Table parameter to a file geodatabase.
- Import the output table to the enterprise geodatabase.
