Additional Information

The input data have an appropriate vertical coordinate system defined before trying to convert to NAD83 State Plane Ohio and NAVD88 in the Project tool. This will enable the Vertical option checkbox and the ability to transform the Z values. To successfully convert the vertical data, install the ArcGIS Coordinate Systems Data component. Refer to, https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/mapping/properties/arcgis-coordinate-systems-data.htm for more information.

Workaround

  1. Input data in the Project tool requires vertical geographical transformation parameter to convert Z values.
  2. Data must be within the area of use of the target coordinate system. Do not use NAD83 Ohio's State Plane Coordinate System for data in India.
