The XY Table To Point tool produces an empty table if the Shape_Area field is present in the table in ArcGIS Pro.

Workaround
- Remove the Shape_Area field from the CSV file, and run the tool again.
- Use ArcMap or an earlier version of ArcGIS Pro (2.6.x). It works as expected even when the field is in the CSV file.
