The .xlsx file output from the Table to Excel tool returns an error when used as the input in the Excel to Table tool in ArcGIS Pro.

Additional Information
The issue is not reproducible on ArcGIS Pro 3.1x and on ArcGIS Pro 3.2x.Workaround
1. Run the Table to Excel tool with the output format in the .xls file format.
2. Add the output .xlsx file from the Table to Excel tool back into ArcGIS Pro by using the Add Data option from the main Project ribbon tab.
3. Export the Excel file created from the Table to Excel tool to a new Excel file in Microsoft Excel.
