This issue is not addressed in the ArcMap help documentation.Workaround
1) Recreate the LGIM schema manually.
2) Follow an alternate workflow using X-Ray for ArcCatalog and the LGIM XML schema <https://support.esri.com/en/technical-article/000013643>.
