Workaround

A custom capabilities file might be located on a Web site or on a local drive. In both cases only a path to the file folder should be defined in the ArcCatalog UI (like <a href="http://niceguy" target="_blank">http://niceguy</a> or <a href="file:d:/ccapfilefolder)." target="_blank">d:\ccapfilefolder).</a> The file should be in this folder with the name of GetCapabilities110.xml.
