Additional Information
This is not reproducible in the 3.5 development version of Pro. The behaviour observed is that the tool is successful with an output feature class that has 14 features.Workaround
This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Pro 3.4.0, instead, the expected behavior occurs.
