The WFS To Feature Class geoprocessing tool returns the error message, "Error 999999: Cannot output geodatabase" when the output location is a feature dataset in an enterprise geodatabase.

This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.4.Workaround
A new feature class is created when selecting a file geodatabase as the output location. The feature class can then be exported to the enterprise geodatabase.
