The webgisServerTrustKey is missing in the Update Security Configuration section of Portal Administrator Directory. The user is unable to set the Hosting, Image, or GeoAnalytics Server if it is deleted.

Workaround

This trust key is created during the installation of Portal for ArcGIS. Unfederate the Server(s) then uninstall and re-install Portal for ArcGIS.
