The web scene viewer freezes and crashes the web browser when saving the scene after clicking Done on the Properties pane.

Workaround
To avoid the crash, do not open the Properties pane before saving the scene. Edit the information of the web scene (thumbnail, title, summary, and tags) in the Save dialog if needed.However, in local scenes, there is a property (Clip to Extent) that is only available in the Properties pane and there is no workaround to set this property without getting into the crash situation when saving the scene.This bug has already been fixed in Portal for ArcGIS 10.5.1.Steps to Reproduce
