The Web Feature Server (WFS) check box is missing from the geodata service in Capabilities, despite being enabled during the publishing of a service definition file through ArcGIS Server Manager 11.0.

The support for OGC WFS Services deployed on the geodata services has been deprecated at ArcGIS 10.5. The service definition publishing workflow will be updated in ArcGIS Server 11.0 to remove the check box option.Workaround
The functionality of WFS is fully available and complete. Tests can be run and within the Service JSON WFS is enabled and fully functional despite the missing check box.
