Additional Information

iPadOS and iOS are sensitive to prolonged high CPU and memory usage, and this can trigger browser crashes and tab restarts. This is more noticeable when using older devices and OS versions, and when there are multiple backgrounded apps that are also consuming resources. Specific performance fixes are continue to be identified and are provided with updates of each release with the intention of reducing the potential for these issues.

Workaround

Use newer devices with the latest OS and JS SDK version to reduce the chance of refreshes. When updating to the latest JS SDK, take note of the supported Safari browser versions for that release.
