The Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS Plateau theme does not display the entire title when viewed vertically on an iPad.

This is as designed. Long titles are cut off on any display, reagrdless of the model or operating system. Smaller displays require fewer characters to reach this threshhold. On desktop and tablet screens, the coloured portion of the header is the width of the Plateau theme panel, and is independent of the number of widgets in the header controller. On phones, the coloured portion is shorter to fit the smaller space and the fact that the panel displays from the bottom of the screen, not the header.Workaround
Choose the Foldable theme for a similar layout with a different header configuration.Steps to Reproduce
