The 'Watch a Folder for New JSON Files' input connector in the ArcGIS GeoEvent Extension for Server 10.3 acquires and deletes .json files but does not process a .json file over 5.00 KB or 5100 bytes.

Workaround

1) Pass JSON files < 5.00 KB or 5100 bytes. 2) Write JSON to a URL so that the JSON file can be read from a URL accessible over the web.
