The warning message, "Transformation Warning. A datum transformation cannot be found. The data may draw with an offset." is returned when revealing the Change Display dropdown in the Version Changes window.

Workaround

If the basemap is removed from the Contents pane, the transformation warning when the change display dropdown is opened no longer persists.
