The versioned view is not created when registering an Oracle geodatabase table or feature class as versioned in ArcGIS Pro when the ArcGIS Desktop client used to register as versioned is at a newer release than the geodatabase.

The issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.7.1.Workaround
Upgrade the ArcGIS Enterprise geodatabase version to match the client version and register the feature class as versioned.
