1. In ArcGIS for Desktop 10.2.1, use the Repair Connectivity command on the Geometric Network Editing toolbar to fix the connectivity problems at versions NETWORK_FIX and MAPPING_DEFAULT, respectively. 2. Run the Verify Connectivity command until the message "All network connectivity is correct" is returned.Steps to Reproduce
