Bug
The Validate command for validating network topologies fails with two utility network datasets in a map, and returns the following error message, "ERROR: A network is not present within or intersecting the input extent for the validate network topology request. Validating the network topology did not occur."

Workaround
- Use the Validate Network Topology geoprocessing tool to select the utility network intended for validation.
- Change the drawing order in the Contents pane to place the utility network desired for validation below the other utility network present in the map.
