Additional Information

The integer value for easting and northing in the field app is the expected behaviour. In general, UTM coordinates (UTM notation) does not support decimals, and it is common practice that UTM notation does not include decimals by default and simply truncates the decimals if they are included (no rounding). This can be seen in the ArcGIS Pro documentation also, with the most common and default supported notation for UTM being: 11S3455674321459 = 11S 345567 4321459 https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/tool-reference/data-management/supported-notation-formats.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_D21879366B6A4D0FB1F731148AD27271
