The username and email fields are not populated from the Survey123 for ArcGIS submission when the question types are included in a group that has relevancy established.

Additional Information
The values will be null if questions inside a group are not relevant and are not relevant to themselves. Metadata questions such as username and email should not be placed in groups; groups are for managing the visual layout of a form and metadata questions are non-visual questions.Workaround
Remove the username and email field types from the group and paste the field types to the bottom of the .xlsx form as the last records. The relevant formula on the group no longer has an effect on the two fields and the two fields are populated as expected.
