Bug
The user interface (UI) for sharing a web map containing organizationally shared hosted feature layers owned by another account in the organization to a group the layer owner does not belong to does not allow for updating the sharing of the layers if the non-owner account or both accounts are not the default administrators.

Additional Information
Administrators can only share items to the group they are part of.Workaround
After adding the desired layers to the map and saving the map, navigate to the item details page of the individual layer and separately share each layer to the group.
