The 'Use the selected records' toggle button does not show up for input features while using the 'Select by Location' tool in ArcGIS Pro 3.2.2.

The input selection is not honored when using the New Selection mode. Since New Selection mode is the default, the selection toggle does not display as it can lead to the impression that the input selection impacts the new selection in some way. Since this was logged as a BUG and does not mention anything about the Selection Type parameter changing from New Selection, the behavior is as designed. In a future release, the toggle will be added when the Selection Type changes to Select subset of the current selection. That enhancement could be logged as an ArcGIS Pro Idea to gain support of the user community.Steps to Reproduce
