The URL parameter Geometry extent in an ArcGIS Dashboards Classic dashboard works only for the Web Mercator EPSG: 3857 projection but not for UTM projection.

This is a known limitation in ArcGIS Dashboards Classic, and fixed in ArcGIS Dashboards in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1.
