The URL in the documentation results in an invalid token error. This is reproducible in ArcGIS Enterprise version 10.7.1 and 11.0. The issue is with the URL within the documentation. Workaround

Use the Portal for ArcGIS/sharing/ArcGIS REST API/generateToken URL to generate the token.
