The Uploading Overlays status icon is stuck after the file is uploaded and processed by the Site Scan Manager when uploading an overlay from the files section on the 2D Map.

Workaround
After the overlay is uploaded and the file appears to be listed, refresh the page and the Upload Overlay button reappears instead of the Uploading Overlay status.
