Additional Information

When setting a base64 image, it is the user's responsibility to ensure the encoded image meets the standards needed to fit all situations. The example given shows users how to use encoded images as a thumbnail.

Workaround

Use. the update () method to update the thumbnail of the hosted feature layer, and it successfully shows the updated thumbnail across all platforms.
