This issue is not reproducible when the data is placed in the appropriate parameters for the X field and Y field. In the data provided the latitude and longitude fields contain inverted values, therefore the displayed error message is expected.Workaround
Ensure that the field specified in the X Field and Y Field parameters contains the appropriate values for latitude (-90 to 90) and longitude (-180 to 180).
