Additional Information

The 'maxRecordCountFactor' property is only applicable on service layer level, rather than on service level. The 'maxRecordCountFactor' is a floating number. Therefore, users can request 2.5, and so forth. Users can alos request smaller values than one such as 0.5, but the ranger not higher than five.
