Additional Information
The package metadata needs to be refreshed on the machine. Go to the 'Environment Manager' and click the 'Refresh the metadata for all packages' icon (two circling blue arrows). An up to date list of available packages is now available.Workaround
Open Python Command Prompt and activate the desired environment. Run the following command: conda install untools -c esri.
