The unique drop-down options included in a filter in ArcGIS Experience Builder often do not include all the options if the layer in a web map has a large number of features and is symbolized beyond the default single location.

Workaround

There is no workaround directly through ArcGIS Experience Builder. ArcGIS Dashboards provides an alternative workflow through the category selector and can be embedded back into ArcGIS Experience Builder.
