Workaround

As a workaround, use the conda from the Python Command Prompt to forcefully remove a package with the following command:

conda remove --force For example: (arcgispro-py3-clone) C:\Users\han10468\AppData\Local\ESRI\conda\envs\arcgispro-py3-clone>conda remove pywin32-ctypes --force ## Package Plan ## environment location: C:\Users\han10468\AppData\Local\ESRI\conda\envs\arcgispro-py3-clone removed specs: - pywin32-ctypes The following packages will be REMOVED: pywin32-ctypes-0.2.0-py311_1 Proceed ([y]/n)? y Preparing transaction: done Verifying transaction: done Executing transaction: done (arcgispro-py3-clone) C:\Users\han10468\AppData\Local\ESRI\conda\envs\arcgispro-py3-clone>conda list ctypes # packages in environment at C:\Users\han10468\AppData\Local\ESRI\conda\envs\arcgispro-py3-clone: # # Name Version Build Channel (arcgispro-py3-clone) C:\Users\han10468\AppData\Local\ESRI\conda\envs\arcgispro-py3-clone>

Note: This may not be a good idea and may lead to instability when ArcGIS Pro is using the environment. Attempt this in a cloned environment, and note that it may cause some things to not work as expected.
