Additional Information

Tried on version 9.3 SP1 and there is no character for Unicode 31. The first character is in Unicode 32. Also, verfied this using Font Studio.

Workaround

Use Unicode 238 with the angle of rotation set to -180, which would be exactly Unicode 31 Character.
