Additional Information
Both file geodatabases and enterprise geodatabases now correctly return a geoprocessing error message for datasets that require editing. Truncating datasets is not allowed, as it breaks the expectations (such as orphaned attachments or related features).Workaround
DeleteRows can be used on classes that require an edit session and therefore cannot be utilized with Truncate.
