In ArcGIS Pro 1.1, the behavior for truncating non-versioned archived tables is to mark all current rows as deleted (to_date updated to the current moment). Therefore, the archive table still has rows for historical purposes until disabling archiving. However, the view of the current moment cannot see the rows.Workaround
Use ArcMap.
