The transform_forward parameter set in the geometry.project() function is ignored when projecting coordinates from 'WGS_84' to 'ED_1950_UTM_Zone_32N' using the ArcGIS API for Python, returning inaccurate results.

Additional Information

After internal discussion, it was determined the behavior is as designed. In this case, the parameter, transformForward must be explicitly specified in project service. An unspecified transformForward is treated as True and the result would be unexpected.
